I really anything should be taken only on doctors advice as a certain food combinations and medicines passed through the breast milk to the child. So please do not self medicate. Instead, I would advise you to increase your liquid and fibre intake. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables in your daily diet.
