Can I take cyclopam tablet in periods due to stomach pain if I am having 3 month old baby?

A. to avoid period cramp pain the best medication is tablet meftal spas. in most cases only one tablet decreases the pain significantly .there really any side effects and can be safely taken while breastfeeding
