Hello ma’am Till that I’m your exclusively breastfeeding the baby it is not recommended to go for all these things as it may have an adverse affect on your breast feeding but if you are not breastfeeding your child exclusively on your child is on other semisolid food as well then you can have it but still I am not very sure whether it is going to affect your breast feed or not but you can try it so that you are
