can I take 1 cup coffee daily bcz so much cold in Jammu... and my baby 7 months old and i do breastfeed

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. don't take daily it contains caffeine further here you can follow the advice of your doctor and your doctor will explain you in a proper way and if required after a proper assessment . Its always better if you follow your doctor advise with a proper guidance for the concerning matter.
