A. Yes you can. having easy to digest foods like fruit, daal, rice, jawar bhakri, green leafy vegetables and soups. These help you with proper nourishment, because they get absorbed easily and don't cause indigestion. . Avoid heavy and hard to digest foods. Eat Foods High in Fiber Including protein in your diet can boost metabolism, decrease appetite and maintain health. Keep healthy foods like fruit, vegetables, nuts and yogurt at home and easily accessible.avoid processed foods Regular exercise and yoga is very necessary to maintain health. Try pranayama and recite the “OM” mantra..

A. hello...yes you can have ..it's more healthy and nutritious food for you and baby in the womb too...it is easily digestible...it is absolutely fine to take it...make it more nutritious while you cook and have it ..add all dry fruits too for it
