Can I give water and gripe water for my 3months and 19days old baby?

Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month.
Burp properly after each feed.
avoid any self medication.

Your bBy will be getting water through breast milk. And you can burp your baby after every feed. This will act as gripe water. Good luck and take care
