Can i give rock salt/ pink salt to my 7 months old ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom yes you can give them that salt it would be ok , but remember you can preferably give them not more than 1 or 2 pinches also you can use lemon juice to add in the flavour

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. You can actually use regular salt whatever you are using in the food there is no problem with that I have use regular salt as per my paediatricians advice so I would recommend you to use the same only there is no problem with using regular salt as well
