ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Don't give now, may add after 1 year of age. Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland.
of your baby has gases give ajwain water.

Yo You can give rocksalt you can give regular salt you can give both the things to the child it’s absolutely not an issue because salt can be given to the child from the very beginning itself a lot of doctors do say no for it but I’m just suggesting you as per my paediatrician because I have given every thing to my daughter from the very beginning itself
