can I give Luke warm water to two and half months old baby for not passed stool for five days?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not give water to 2 and half months old baby. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. It is common for many exclusively breastfed babies to not pass stool even for 7-8 days.
