After one year of age, there is no particular diet plan to be followed you should give a nutritious and balanced diet comprising of all food groups to the child. Like chapati, cereals, oats, lentils, peas, beans, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables, add Desi ghee or butter in meals.

Health drinks like Junior horlicks pediasure etc are to be given after the baby completes two years can add some dry fruit powder to the milk and give it to the baby. Also it's not necessary to give health drinks to the baby if the baby is having solids properly all the seasonal fruits and vegetables dry fruits ghee full cream milk.
