NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello yes ypu can be giving your child egg which is healthy and good for the growth of your child and is not a problem and egg also has many nutritional benefits too and try with small quantity to make sure the baby is able to digest and has no signs of allergy which would be safe
