NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello yes you can be giving your child egg which is safe for the child but of giving for the first time then you make sure to give in small quantity to make sure that the baby is not allergic to egg and then give which should be safe and not a problem nothing to worry
