can I give cooked sprouted horse gram to baby?

A. Hi Mom, It is best to wait for one year. Horse gram is definitely healthy but it causes body heat. However, it is well cooked some babies may not digest the horse gram it ll lead to loose motion in babies. So better to wait for one year to introduce horse gram to your child.
