can i give cerelac to 1 year old or stop it.

A. you can stop and give all family foods Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

A. Yes it can be given no issues. Along with that you should start introducing family foods to the child one by one and also finger foods to develop habit of chewing.

A. yes we can give cerelac to 1 year baby but it's better to give other food items like vegetables , fruits ,rice etc.

A. this is completely your choice but there are many another homemade choices which are much better than the Cerelac you can give Iron-fortified cereal like rice, oats mixed with milk Fruit Pureed like banana, peaches, pears, plum, mango. Mix two fruits together to taste it better. Vegetable pureed (completely cooked) like sweet potato, carrots, squash, beans and potato. Pulse soup after boiling pulse in sufficient water. Crumbled cheese
