can i give Carmicide drops for stomach pain to my 7month baby?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician5 years agoA. hi, your baby is 7 months old now.carmicide dorps helps to relieve gas from tummy but if associated with abdominal colic you might need cyclopam or cllolimex drops 0.5 ml 2-3 times in a day
