no ,it is a inhalational steroid.
dont give without need, without checkup and prescribed by pediatrician.
show the kid always to pediatrician for any illness, never give any self medications

even we are also giving this to our 1 year 9 month baby from last 6 months..
it will safeguard ur baby from getting infected and baby can breath properly (as it is tough for babies to breathe it out during closed nose and coughing situation).. as said by our doc
