shreya goelMom of a 8 yr 1 m old boy6 years agoA. Hello No at all. Mothers milk is sufficient and have all the necessary nutrition baby needs till baby turns 6 months old. And mother milk contains water which full fill the need of water in babies body. So don’t gave water to baby. Stay home stay safe
