may add it in khichdi, rice, porridge.

Yes but make sure that you always give it on room temperature to the child because when you give it a room temperature the chances of child child falling sick is Leslie normally otherwise you may feel sometime that it has been a reason for catching cold to the childWrite Your Answer Here
