NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello.. Mustard oil is not safe for use as a cooking oil. Mustard oil may pose a serious risk because it contains high levels of erucic acid. This monounsaturated fatty acid is present in several oils .. so better to not use or especially for babies while you cook baby food
