Its better you avoid it, After delivery your digestion is reduced, thus having easy to digest foods like fruit, daal, rice, jawar bhakri, green leafy vegetables and soups. These help you with proper nourishment, because they get absorbed easily and don't cause indigestion. Take these for 1month atleast. Avoid heavy and hard to digest foods.
