ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. yes you can . have all fruits, veggies in your diet. home cooked fresh indian food with indian spices is perfect for breastfeeding mother. . you can have all the fruits , nothing to worry about. infact mild variety of flavors that baby gets in breast milk , helps in easy acceptance of baby foods in future most important of all maintain good hydration. drink lots of fluids to avoid constipation in this period. continue taking calcium supplements.

Yes definitely dear u can take it but in limited quantity only As a new mother you should have all the green leafy vegetables and fruits which are full of fibre have milk at least three times a day curd porridge nuts panjiri egg chicken if you can lots of water and avoid junk food and the food which can cause gas like rajma curry black Dal potatoes
