can I eat mutton while breastfeeding if 2 months old baby is suffering from fever because of vaccine given by govt health care centre??

Fever soon after vaccination is normal and it subsides within a day or two. If this happens talk to your doctor and give your baby the right medication.

If your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices, citrus fruits, Avoid fishes in high mercury content, avoid tea coffee, eggs, wheat, cauliflower, cabbage, proceeded foods, mangoes, prunes, corn, Broccoli..
