can i eat fish at 6 months postpartum

A. hi mom yes you can have proeperly cooked fish have other proteins as well dals eggs chk paneer curds soya tofu have nuts like almonds, walnuts

A. Yes fish is not a problem in fact the doctors don’t restrict you from eating non-veg basic non-veg can be eaten there is no problem if you have any kind of an issue with it or your doctor doesn’t allow then it’s a separate thing otherwise otherwise there is no problem at all
