A. Avoid such weight loss products.
They can affect your health and breastmilk
Try to. lose weight in healthy way .
healthy diet and exercise will help.
Cut down on sugary salty foods.
Drink lots of water.
Take small frequent meals.
Go for brisk walk.
yoga will help.
Be persistent in your efforts.

A. . have all fruits, veggies in your diet. home cooked fresh indian food with indian spices is perfect for breastfeeding mother.
most important of all maintain good hydration. drink lots of fluids to avoid constipation in this period.
continue taking calcium supplements.
limit tea or coffee to 1 to 2 cups per day.
avoid aerated drinks.
6 weeks postdelivery , start walking, yoga, suryanamaskars will also help. this is a slow process so keep patience.
avoid any drinks.
atleast till you breastfeed

A. I m overweight after delivery I'm breastfeeding morher. last month I stared walking fr 45mnt ND I noticed that my milk supply reduced then I stopped walking. plz tell what should I do to control my weight

A. Of course u can have even I'm having herblife shake with protein & multivitamin tablets which we need after delivery to cover our bodies lost nutrition. Which we r not getting in our normal daily food. As I have 4 months of baby boy. Right now I'm not that much focusing on weight loss but if u having healthy & controlled diet like only gharka khana in small portions with herblife of course it will help for weight loss to.

A. With herbal life you have to follow diet extra which I think is not advised during bf better have a healthy diet and avoid fried and junk food and drink lots of water and can start with some light exercise like yoga and gradually make it more intense and also can go for walks do yoga under a professional yoga instructor can do cycling stretching swimming and breathing exercises as well
