ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes, can apply, before shampooing. You can apply and do gentally massage the scalp with coconut oil, Castor oil , mustard oil, almond oil, seasome oil.
Shampooing hairs twice or thrice a week.
