garimaMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl6 years agoA. Hi, you can surely add mustard seeds after 8 months of age. Use small amount of seeds in baby's food to check their behavior.If seems to be OK then you can add it in Sambhar,idli, or while seasoning Daal.
