Can I add asafoetida , cumin and ghee in my 8 months babies daal to make it tasty???

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. can add all mention except hing. it's advisable to aadd hing in baby food after 1 yr. Give three major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
