Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem in having tea coffee but it must be to a minimum possible quantity to be taken during pregnancy e so that to avoid any gastric related issues

During pregnancy period you can have tea but not regularly. And if you are having it regularly then just a small one kapde not more than it. Because it can create gastric issues. In this you have to maintain a proper diet because babies overall growth and weight gain depends on mother’s diet.
