A. Dear ma’am, definitely you can have one or two teaspoons maximum per day but use only roasted ones. Also take a big glass of water to aid in better digestion

A. Hello ma’am, Yes a breastfeeding mother can take flaxseed as it’s rich source of fiber and good fat and also helps in increasing milk production .. jeera, sauf, ajwain, sesame seeds, milk with daliya and jaggery, dry fruits will also help

A. good morning do not recommend for a lactating mother to have flax seeds because basically these are things which helps to reduce the weight it is not required for child at this stage because whatever you will consume will affect the baby through your milk
