can ajwain water be given to babies my baby is 11month old?? nd what is the quantity in which it should be given

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes can give, For babies below one year, when you introduce ajwain water, feed only 2-3 tsp per day at the maximum. Gradually increase the quantity to 4 to 5 tbsp.
