Dt Ritu PuriGuardian of a 8 yr 8 m old girl6 years agoA. Hi yes breast feeding mother can take hibiscus tea. But as you are breastfeeding then you should actually moringa infused tea. This is also good during breast feeding for increasing milk Supply
