Can a breastfeeding mom intake medicines like cetirizine or levocetirizine during cold?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician6 years agoA. hi, your baby is 4 months old now.Yes you can take cetrizine or levocetrizine to relieve cold even if you are breast feeding your baby.just make sure to cover your nose while sneezing and taking care of baby

Hello mam you should not take any medicine without a doctors recommendation along with that you can have a steaming which will help you get rid of cold and cough without medicine also you can go for Tulsi ginger tea or you can inhale directly to see ginger and honey to get rid of coldWrite Your Answer Here
