broxit DS syrup how many doase nd till how many days i give to 8 yrs old girl., is it safe syrup in cold nd khasi?? is it ok to give?

A. Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done and haccording to the type of cough its prescribed. if any f fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .
