Bland food meaning?

A. dear mom bland food means there will be no spice in the food, sometimes very less or no oil sometimes its just boiled vegetables or boiled dal with just salt

A. Thanks ma’am for replying but actually i am 2 months pregnant this is my first baby i have vomitting once or sometime twice a day so my dr. Said to have bland food which is for sick people like no masala and oil maybe i m right i wanna know more about bland diet?

A. hello there ma'am as owe my understanding it is blend food not a bland food. and blend food is the food which we give baby after six months of age as baby is not having teeth. and not able to chew the. food properly. and we blend the food in mixey or blend it with spoon. take care
