A. hi get ear piercing done at some hygienic place like a doctor's clinic by some expert. better post a dose of tetanus maintain strict aseptic conditions to avoid chances of infection

A. if you want two years year of your child you can consult with your doctor as he will take a safety precautions and with the help of gun available we can just years with very little pain
