Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. colicaid syrup for gas issue small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe

It is used for relieving flatulence (gas), abdominal pain, infantile colic (abnormal crying or fussiness in a healthy child). It contain a combination of simethicone, dill oil and fennel oil.
