Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy3 days agoA. Hello good evening !! Yes beet root is good for the kids. Prefer to give cooked one instead of raw beetroot for kids under 5 years age. Include in the baby's diet by steaming or cooking as curry ,use grate on the toppings, roti .
