bachi ko fever chad raha hai dawaee dene ke bad utar Raha hai. konse dawa deden. naak pe baar baar hath rakh Rahi hai or so nhi paa rahi hai.baar baar uth rahi hai. awaz se lagrha hai gale me bhi problem hai. or naak bhi bah rahi h toda toda.

Put nasal drops into the nose of your child along with that you can continue with the paracetamol that you’re giving a fever as has a nature to repeat every 4 to 6 hours which is why you can repeat the medicine every six hours if the child isn’t good within maximum time of 72 hours then you should consult your doctor once
