#BabyCare hi doctor.. my baby is 2.5 month old and usko gas ki bahut problem rehti hai.. wo hamesha gas pass krti rehti hai.. and mujhe bhi gas ki problem rehti hai ur main use breastfeeding krwati hu... kahi us se to usko gas problem nahi hoti hogi n...if yes can you please suggest me that which food I should avoid to eat and what precautions I should take..

A. Hello mom mostly usko aapse bhi effect hota hai , aapko apne diet pe observe karna hai ki koi particular food jise aapko gas tho nahi ho rahi hai .. tho avoid karen
