AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Include more of jeera garlic fenugreek dill seeds, ghee, milk, raw papaya, oats, mother horlicks etc are some of the breast milk increasing food. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Take care
