Baby teeth are not susceptible to cavities like adult teeth. Is this true?

No it is not at all true in fact you will be surprised to know that kids get cavity much more than adults to because with that oral hygiene is not maintained properly so they really face this problem more than adults too and there is no truth in what you said it’s just a misconception people have
