baby ko multivitamin or vitamin d3 din me kb deni chahiye or dete tym kya kya precautions rkhne chahiye

as your child is one year old,as such there is no need of it.
I mean,if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need of extra medicines.
offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your child well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
