Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 1 m old boy5 years agoA. अगर आपके बच्चे को बुखार आ रहा है तो बच्चे को आप बुखार की दवा जो कि पेरासिटामोल है वह वजन और बोतल के पावर के हिसाब से दे सकते हैं जो जरूरत पड़े तो दिन में 4 बार दिया जा सकता है

Below that just try giving a light sponge bath to reduce the intensity of the fever. Increase the liquid intake of your child. If you are still concerned better consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care.
