Frequently eye discharge may be due to allergy,infection or trauma by nail of baby.massage from inner side of eyes to the tip of nose.visit your nearest pediatrician once for detail examination of your baby.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 months agoA. Look if it is only from one eye all the time then clean the eyes regularly maybe there some irritation into the eyes or get it checked for a tear duct blockage that can also be commonly seen in this age with kids
