baby is vomiting since yesterday, she is vomiting yesterday night meal in afternoon and fever is there, should I feed her again??? she is spiting all medications, how to give syrups to her. plz reply soon....

A. if baby is vomiting and refusing to take medicine then you will have to ask a pediatrician in case admission with required as in case baby is not taking only then you'll require IV antibiotics
