Baby is having cold and fever ...fever reduced after 2 days after giving paracetamol but cold is still there...she is having running nose and redness in eyes. Kindly suggest medication for the same

A. When there is too much sneezing the eyes become watery but it’s better to talk to your Paediatrician once and start giving steam by using a vaporiser and roast some jawing on tawa and naje potli and let baby inhale it’s smell
