baby is going motions 4 to 5 times a day not loose stool.please suggest which type of food is given to baby in the summer season

well as far as your child is not showing any discomfort, weighs enough ,take food and sleep well then no need to worry about motions frequency and it's texture or color.
please give Healthy diet.
give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer
