Baby is 9 months old has developed these type of rashes on his face Can you please suggest remedies

A. My baby had developed similar rashes when he was 5 months. Mine was because of the sudden climate change, and hot weather, and it used to fade by evening. Notice for a day or two, else you can seek your doctor's advice
