Baby getting these type of rashes on face , legs and hands

also some babies get allergy due to clothing.use regular cotton clothes.
skip the suspected item
apply soothing lotion or ice if itching.
consult in emergency if breathing difficulty, any facial swelling

Mom Well I cannot see anything you know maybe you have attached a picture but they did not get uploaded with your query so I am not aware about the rashes that you are talking about so in my opinion it would be better for you to consult your doctor ones regarding the same
