Baby has gained 900 gms in a month. Is it a good weight gain being premature?

A. Namaste Mom, Weight gain is good enough, as monthly weight gain for a baby is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight,

A. Actually a child should gain minimum of 500 g and can expect to gain about 1 kg a month 900 for a premature child is amazingly healthy because it is expected a premature should gain about 350 g in a month of your child is gaining very well which is very healthy
